Moving in
community.

Hi, we’re
Kaylyn & Kathleen.
Hi, we're Kaylyn, mom of 4, and Kathleen, mom of 2, and we're the founders of Loom.
As moms, we know how easy it is to pour into everyone else and forget to refill our own cups. We know how precious time is, and we know our own nervous systems are last on the list. This is why we created Loom.
Our vision is simple. We host fun, intentional events that help reset the nervous system, and we share educational tools you can use in your everyday life. We bring it all to you, in a safe space where you're seen exactly as you are, where you are.
We look forward to weaving our community with you.
Love,
K&K
What we are weaving
Loom is a space for moms, we are weaving a unique community that focuses on supporting the self first, and then supporting others.
Today, we're grateful to have accessibility to many tools and modalities. As we know, being a mom we are constantly in go mode and our time away from family for self is precious. And most of us don't have the time to research the resources and events available to us. With that in mind as moms ourselves, we’ve created Loom, to bring the resources and modalities directly to you.
The body doesn't forget what it feels. Through fun, intentionally curated events, we are giving moms a chance to return to themselves beyond roles, performance, and expectations, reset their nervous systems, and be seen exactly as they are. It's a safe space to refill your cup so you can ripple out to your family and community.

Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Loom is about meeting and connecting with other women. Coming solo is welcome, and bringing a friend is welcome too.
Do I need movement experience?
No experience is needed. Our approach is intentional movement at your own pace, with space to participate in a way that feels comfortable.
